Cancellation Policy

Your time and well-being are important to me, and I reserve a dedicated appointment just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged for the session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be billed at the full session rate. This policy allows me to best support all my clients by ensuring appointment availability.

I understand that emergencies happen—if you have an unforeseen circumstance, please reach out, and we can discuss options.
